Moving into Stillness
Join us for a slow, restorative practice to help you destress and unwind. This class will focus on bringing you into stillness, using the breath and movement to guide the way. No experience necessary, this practice is for everyone.

Buti Movement
Buti is a somatic practice that fuses functional movement with cardio dance and multidimensional strength training. This practice challenges the body across all planes of motion while engaging all of the senses in a beat driven journey like no other.

Breathwork Journey - Group Session
This Breathwork Journey led by Kisha West will show you the healing power of your own breath! During this session we will use conscious breathing techniques to experience the bliss of now! Bringing you into a state of ease and higher awareness. No experience necessary, you will be supported through it all.

Irish Step Dancing
Every Monday, This class taught by Claire Shirley and Katelyn Dunn will teach traditional Irish Step Dancing!
Beginners are welcomed, no experience necessary. Kids and adult classes available.

This pop up class is a 3 part series taught by Samantha Bass. Each class will be unique and help you embody confidence so you can fully move in motivation!
